Iversen out for Tottenham with jaw operation

Tottenham and Norway striker Steffen Iversen has undergone surgery on his jaw and will miss several Premiership matches.

Iversen was hurt in a collision with Liverpool goalkeeper David James in a 2-1 Tottenham win on Saturday. His jaw has been re-aligned after a fracture and he is a doubt for the Christmas programme.
