Numan struggles to make Scottish restart

Glasgow Rangers full back Arthur Numan will miss the winter break in Scotland to try and regain fitness after an ankle injury.

Numan's ankle is in plaster and he will be put into training earlier than the rest of the squad to try and get him back to full fitness for the end of the winter break on January 30th.

The Premier Division leaders yesterday completed the purchase of Hearts winger Neil McCann for £1.9 million.
