Manchester United complete Blomqvist signing

Manchester United will complete the signing of Swedish winger Jesper Blomqvist after a Wednesday medical.

The player is costing £5 million from Parma AC and was expected to complete his signing for the English Premiership side last weekend but stalled over assurances over opportunities to play in the first team after a miserable two years in Italy with AC Milan and Parma.
