Dutch World Cup regular heads for England

Dutch midfielder Wim Jonk has signed for Sheffield Wednesday.

The 31 year old international joins the English Premier league side for £2million from PSV Eindhoven following earlier interest from Nottingham Forest and Everton.

Jonk who has played for Ajax and Inter Milan started in four of Holland’s World Cup games including the semi final loss against Brazil. He joins the English outfit on a three year contract.
