Rotterdam will host Euro 2000 Final
First Published: Oct 27, 1998The organisers of Euro 2000 have announced that the Final of the competition will be held in the Rotterdam stadium of Feyenoord.
The Final is on July 2nd 2000 and there had been some confusion over the venue as Holland and Belgium are the co-hosts of the tournament. The updated stadium has a capacity of 52,000 seats but the new Ajax stadium in Amsterdam was also a contender to host the event.
