Bayern Munich will be missing veteran defender Thomas Strunz for their next two Bundesliga matches with a thigh strain.
The thigh problem arose after Strunz played last night in the 1-0 defeat against Scotland for the national side. It was the Scots first win over Germany in forty years and press reaction to the defeat has again been hostile.
Bayern are expected to seal their championship win soon and Strunz should be fit to return to face Manchester United in the Champions League final on May 26th in Barcelona.
