St Etienne sign Kvarme from Liverpool

French first division new boys St Etienne have completed the signing of Liverpool defender Bjorn Kvarme.

The £1.5 million deal was arranged last week by the French club for the player who has spent the last two and a half years at Anfield. Kvarme is a former Norwegian international and has signed a five year deal to play with the French outfit.
