Euro 2000 draw from Brussels

The draw for the finals of the year 2000 European Championships has been made in Brussels.

The top two from each section advance to the quarter finals from the four groups of four nations.

Group A - Germany, Romania, Portugal and England

Group B - Sweden, Belgium, Turkey and Italy

Group C - Norway, Spain, Yugoslavia and Slovenia

Group D - Holland, Czech Republic, France and Denmark.

Holland and Belgium co-host the event from June 10th to July 2nd.
