Mallorca want Nadal for next season

Surprise Spanish title contenders Mallorca hope to sign central defender Miguel Angel Nadal next season.

Nadal - a regular for the Spanish national side with more than forty caps - is not in the plans of Barca's Dutch coach Louis Van gaal for next season who is lining up more Dutch players to join the Catalan giants.

The 31 year old is set to move for around £4.5 million at the end of this season if negotiations continue at their present progress.
