Zidane takes time out for recovery

Juventus look set to start their attempt to win a UEFA Cup place this summer without inspirational midfielder Zinedine Zidane.

The World Cup star will return a week late to training with the Turin club as they prepare for an Inter Toto Cup tie on July 17th against an opponent who has yet to be decided. Juventus are back in training on July 2nd for the game as they try to win a UEFA Cup place after losing to Udinese in a play off at the end of last season.
