Yugoslavia coach Vujadin Boskov has told Belgrade newspaper 'Partizan' that he intends to draw the international career of two senior stars to a close.
Boskov said 35 year old Dragan Stojkovic and 33 year old Rapid Vienna striker Dejan Savicevic had no place in his plans for the European Championship finals next summer.
The coach went so far as to identify the younger players he will replace them with in new year friendlies. Mateja Kezman of Partizan Belgrade and Red Star's Goran Drulic were both in contention to be in the Euro 2000 squad when it is finalised with the two veterans no longer in consideration barring injury problems.
