Germans add Deisler to Dutch trip

Germany have suffered two withdrawals from their squad for Wednesday's friendly in Amsterdam against Holland.

Coach Erich Ribbeck has seen Carsten Jancker and Christian Woerns drop out through injury and has added young Hertha Berlin star Sebastian Deisler to his selection with defender Lothar Matthaeus set to win a world record 144th cap in the game.

Goalkeepers - Kahn and Lehmann.

Defenders - Babbel, Linke, Matthaeus, Baumann and Nowotny.

Midfielders - Ziege, Ballack, Deisler, Wosz, Hamann, Jeremies and Sebescen.

Strikers - Bierhoff, Neuville, Preetz and Scholl.
