Holland coach Frank Rijkaard has chosen PSV Eindhoven star Ruud van Nistelrooy to start his side's friendly with Germany in Amsterdam tomorrow night.

Van Nistelrooy has hit 28 goals this season so far for PSV as they chase the Dutch title and is a £20 million target for Manchester United and Arsenal with a host of Italian clubs also keen to sign the striker.

Rijkaard has dumped Arsenal star Dennis Bergkamp from his starting line up to add van Nistelrooy to his side. The two were expected to play together against the European champions.
