Injuries hit Germany squad

German internationals Marco Brade and Sebastian Deisler are out of next weeks friendly match against Croatia after suffering injuries.

Werder Bremen striker Marco Bode suffered a back injury during last nights UEFA Cup defeat by Arsenal while midfielder Deisler has a groin injury.

The match which will take place in Croatia kicks off on Wednesday 29 March and is a Euro 2000 warm up match for Germany who are in England, Romania and Portugal’s group.
