China to meet Yugoslavia next week

Yugoslavia have announced their squad to face China next week.

The big surprise is the omission of Juventus star Zoran Mirkovic who has been told by coach Vujadin Boskov that Mirkovic can travel to all Euro 2000 warm up matches but will not play in them due to his being suspended from the first three Euro 2000 matches.

The squad in full:

Goalkeepers: Kocic, Kralj, Cicovic

Defenders: Sakic, Mirkovic, Djukic, Mihajlovic, Djorovic, Saveljic, Komljenovic, Bunjevcevic, Krstajic

Midfielders: Jokanovic, Jugovic, Stankovic, Drulovic, Djordjevic, Grozdic

Strikers: Savicevic, Mijatovic, Milosevic, Kovacevic
