Czechs make changes for Australia game

The Czech Republic have made three changes to the squad to play Australia on Wednesday after injuries suffered at the weekend.

Sheffield Wednesday striker Pavel Srnicek will miss the friendly with a shoulder injury and Slavia Prague 'keeper Radek Cerny will deputise for him.

Liverpool have withdrawn Vladimir Smicer after he hurt an ankle in training last week and Pavel Horvath of Slavia Prague also drops out. He is replaced by Tomas Rosicky of Sparta Prague and Rapid striker Rene Wagner comes in for Smicer.
