Danes confirm Euro 2000 squad
First Published: May 30, 2000Denmark have named their squad of 22 players for the Euro 2000 finals next month.
The Danes were European champions in 1992 and face France, Holland and the Czech Republic in the opening phase.

Goalkeepers - Schmeichel (Sporting Lisbona), Soerensen (Sunderland) and Peter Kjaer (Silkeborg).
Defenders - Heintze (PSV Eindhoven), Henriksen (Panathinaïkos), Colding (Brondby), Hoegh (Chelsea), Laursen (Verona), Michael Schjoenberg (Kaiserslautern) and Helveg (Milan).
Midfielders - Goldbaek (Fulham), Bisgaard (Udinese), Nielsen (Tottenham), Steen Nielsen (AB), Toefting (AGF) and Gravesen (Amburgo).
