Greek fans and their footballers can hardly believe it after they caused one of the greatest upsets in European championship history. A 1-0 win over France books a semi-final date against either Denmark or the Czech Republic next Thursday.

French fans cannot hide their deep disappointment after watching their side crash out of Euro 2004 at the hands of Greece. A second-half goal was enough to sink France and send Greece into the last four.

Greek fans were out in force on Friday as they took part in their first ever quarter-final at a major competition. France provide stiff competition in what promises to be an event filled evening in Lisbon.
