Vasco da Gama win World Club warm up easily

Vasco da Gama have warmed up for the inaugural World Club championship by hammering Raja Casablanca 4-1 in a friendly.

Raja qualified for the eight team competition three weeks ago by winning the African Champions League but two goals from new Vasco signing Romario handed them defeat with Odvan and Gilberto also finding the target. Aboud scored a 32nd minute reply for Casablanca.

The competition runs from January 5th next week until the 15th.
