Danish SuperLeague champions FC Copenhagen have made Swede Kent Karlsson their new coach.

Former Inter and Switzerland coach Roy Hodgson quit Copenhagen last week to take charge at Udinese on a two year contract which the Danish club may legally challenge.

Karlsson coached the club in 1998 for one year and returns on a one year contract. The new deal can be terminated on December 31st this year by either the coach or the club. He took FC Lyngby to the championship in 1992 and currently works for Swedish second division club IK Sleipner.
