Diawara says no to Besiktas move

Besiktas have failed in a bid to sign Paris St Germain striker Kaba Diawara.

The Turkish club offered their forward Pascal Nouma and cash to sign Diawara but the Ivory Coast striker did not want to move to Istanbul. But he remains a fringe figure in the Paris club's squad now Brazilian striker Ronaldinho has been signed to partner Nicolas Anelka.
