Juventus say their planned share flotation will take place in mid-December.
"The flotation of shares in Juventus Football Club is planned for the middle of December" said a press release from the Turin club who host Bayer Leverkusen today in a postponed Champions League match from last week.
Juventus want to raise £90 million to build a new stadium in Turin and they had previously denied looking at the share flotation option but are in talks with bankers Merrill Lynch to organise a move to the Borsa next month.
SS Lazio and AS Roma are the only Italian clubs so far to move to the stock market but the ruling Agnelli family see it as the best option to help fund their plans for a new purpose-built stadium.
Juventus are the most successful league club in Italian football history with 26 championships and are the best supported side in the country.
