Chelsea are waiting on the fitness of Icelandic striker Eidur Gudjohnsen after he limped off in the 2-1 Euro 2004 qualifier defeat by Scotland.
The striker left the action at Hampden Park with a sore groin but hopes to make a swift return to help the Blues' fight for a top-four place in the Premiership.
"I slipped awkwardly in the box and felt a twitch in my groin and it did stiffen up after that. There were only two or three minutes to go so I didn't want to risk it," explained Gudjohnsen.
