Chelsea striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink has been charged with violent conduct after the Football Association viewed video evidence of an incident in the FA Cup tie against Scarborough.
The Dutchman appeared to elbow Scarborough defender Mark Hotte in the fourth round match as both players lay on the ground following a tackle.
Referee Barry Knight missed the incident - but the FA have decided to act. Chelsea won the game 1-0 to book a fifth round clash with Arsenal.
