Portsmouth chairman Milan Mandaric and Harry Redknapp, the English Premiership club's former manager, have called a joint news conference.
Redknapp resigned his post last week and was angered by weekend press reports where Mandaric appeared to suggest he had gained from agents' fees paid out when players joined Portsmouth.
"I want everything out in the open. He (Mandaric) came out in the papers at the weekend and then rang me and said he had been stitched up," the former West Ham manager told Sky Sports TV on Monday.
"Let's give him a chance to answer that. I want to see what Milan has got to say tomorrow.
"Let's bring it all out in the open and we can then put it to bed and get on with the rest of our lives. There is no hiding place for anyone or anybody," Redknapp added.
"He can say exactly what he thinks of the job I've done. It's one million percent not a problem for me."
Both Mandaric and Redknapp have insisted theirs was an amicable split and are expected to make this clear at the south coast club's Fratton Park ground, where the conference will take place at 1300GMT Tuesday.
He issued a statement to that effect on Friday. And rather than criticising what was said to be a 3 million pounds bill, Mandaric claimed such a sum was relatively low, considering the large number of players who moved to Pompey when Redknapp was in charge.
"I'm annoyed. I don't get involved in transfers in any shape of form. All I do is find the players," Redknapp insisted.
"The chairman and (chief executive) Peter Storrie do all that. And I don't think the figures are anywhere near that.
"But I'm not going to have a slagging match with anyone. I just want Milan to put his side of the story.
"He feels he has been set up by what has gone on but if there is anything to show, let's show it all."
Redknapp, 57, was at Portsmouth for two-and-a-half years. He led them to promotion from the old First Division and kept them in the Premiership last season. But he was reported to be unhappy with the recent arrival of executive director Velimir Zajec.
Former Bournemouth chief Redknapp resigned saying he needed a break from football but gave no indication of how long he would be out of the game.
He has since been linked with the vacancy at Championship side Wolves.
In his absence, Pompey won 1-0 away to Bolton on Saturday to go 11th in the table.
