VfL Wolfsburg's Argentine international Andres D'Alessandro will be out for at least a month with a thigh injury sustained in Saturday's 1-0 defeat by MSV Duisburg.
Wolfsburg confirmed the injury to the 24-year-old D'Alessandro on their homepage saying the playmaker would be sidelined for between four and six weeks.
D'Alessandro joined Wolfsburg from River Plate in 2003 for a club record fee of nine million euros.
