Knezevic heads for Livorno

Croatia international and Rijeka defender Dario Knezevic has signed a three year contract with Italian first division side Livorno.

The 24-year-old will be paid 500,000 euros (640,000 dollars) per season while Rijeka will receive 475,000 euros (610,000 dollars) for the transfer.

He is to leave for Livorno after Croatia's Euro 2008 qualifier against Russia on September 6 in Moscow.
