AC Milan star Andriy Shevchenko is the Ukraine's Player of the Year.
The vote by coaches and reporters saw the top scorer for Milan win a second title. He took the award in 1997 when a young player with Kyiv Dynamo.
Shevchenko moved from Kyiv to Milan last year for £15.5 million and scored 24 goals in his first season for the club. He has already scored 14 goals this term.
Shaktar Donetsk striker Andriy Vorobei was second with Arsenal defender Oleg Luzhny in third place.
