Guus Hiddink will be coaching South Korea's national team once the former Real Madrid and PSV Eindhoven coach has agreed a $2 million per year contract.
Hiddink, who led the Dutch national side at France 98, will be working for the Korean Football Association (KFA) until the end of the next World Cup, which will be hosted by both South Korea and Japan writes Rafael Salido.
However, Hiddink will not start working with the team until January, though he will be travelling to Tokyo to see South Korea play against Japan on December 20th. The Korean side had problems during the last Asian Cup, in which they finished in third position, and so the KFA decided to dump coach Huh Jung Moo and sign a more experienced coach.
