Bayern have offer for Andersson from Olympiakos

Greek champions Olympiakos have offered £3.5 million to Bayern Munich for defender Patrik Andersson.

Olympiakos clinched their fifth successive Greek title at the weekend but failed with a bid for SS Lazio defender Fernando Couto and see Andersson as a suitable new target. Couto's possible drug ban also saw talks with Lazio stall.

The 30 year old Andersson was signed from Borussia Moenchengladbach in 1999 and is a Swedish international.
