Hertha Berlin sign Marcelinho

Gremio have agreed to sell midfielder Marcelinho to Hertha Berlin.

The 26 year old has been in Brazil for the past five months after leaving OM and he joins the German team for an undisclosed fee on a contract to June 2005. Hertha signed Bart Goor from Anderlecht for next season earlier this week and Marcelinho joins fellow Brazilian Alex Alves in the Berlin squad.
