Rivaldo says he will decide his Barcelona future after World Cup

Rivaldo says he will only leave FC Barcelona if the Catalan club despite to sell him off.

The Brazilian tells 'Corriere dello Sport' that he intends to stay with Barcelona despite strong interest from three top Italian clubs.

"It is true. Milan, Juventus and Lazio have all tried to sign me in the past years, but I am fine at Barcelona. If I leave it will only be because the club doesn't want me anymore," said Rivaldo.

"I had some arguments with (former Barcelona president) Nunez over my contract. Now I hope (his successor) Gaspart can resolve some fiscal issues I have. When the World Cup ends, we'll see what my future has in store for me."

Barca have considered off loading Rivaldo to raise transfer funds for new purchases after the World Cup finals.
