Kuwait fire coach after World Cup exit

Kuwait have fired coach Dusan Uhrin after they were eliminated from 2002 World Cup qualification.

Kuwait were beaten by Bahrain 1-0 today in an Asian group four game when Uhrin's team needed only a draw to get through to the next qualifying round.

Mohamed Hassan Mohamed's penalty in the 72nd minute gave Bahrain a win which saw Czech-born Dursin dismissed.
