Fenerbahce say Turkish defender Fatih Akyel is to quit Real Mallorca and join them.
Akyel has agreed a three and a half year deal to move back to Istanbul according to the club's web site from the end of this season.
The defender outraged Fenerbahce fans for a fight he had with the Istanbul club's players last year when a Galatasary regular.
Fenerbahce have not discolsed the fee involved in signing Akyel who is a likely starter for Turkey at next year's World Cup finals.
