Bianchi gets Paraguay World Cup offer

Paraguay have offered a World Cup job to coach Carlos Bianchi.

But Bianchi has other offers when his contract ends with Boca Juniors next month including Sao Paolo club Palmeiras.

Paraguayan federation president Oscar Harrison has confirmed that Bianchi has been offered a short term deal to lead them at next year's World Cup finals.

He says talks have already taken place:

"We have conducted negotiations and hope that we will arrive at a successful conclusion."

Another meeting is due in December between the two men.
