AC Milan get Maldini injury blow

AC Milan have seen captain Paolo Maldini ruled out of action for at least six weeks with a thigh muscle injury.

The veteran left back will also miss Italy's friendly with Japan next month after suffering the thigh strain in the draw with Bologna on Sunday.
