Blackburn Rovers have joined the interest from English clubs in Cameroon forward Patrick Mboma.
Parma AC had interest from Liverpool and Southampton for Cameroon star Patrick Mboma earlier this week and now the Lancashire club could bid for the player.
The striker was African Player of the Year in 2000 and helped Cameroon to African Nations Cup and Olympic titles.
Southampton are desperate to find a forward to help their goal scoring problems while Liverpool considered the burly forward to help replace the injured Michael Owen and unfit Robbie Fowler.
Parma value Mboma at around £4.5 million.
