Chiesa gets Italy recall

Fiorentina striker Enrico Chiesa has been recalled by Italy.

The striker has rejected the chance to join SS Lazio and says he wants to stay at the Florence club and he has been awarded by former Fiorentina manager Giovanni Trapattoni with a call-up while Christian Vieri is injured.

Italy need to get at least a draw at Parma to Hungary to book their place for the 2002 World Cup finals.
