Slovenia name squad for Hong Kong matches
First Published: Jan 31, 2002Slovenia have named a squad of 20 to play in Hong Kong next month.
Coach Srecko Katanec will use the Hong Kong Cup from February 12th to 15th to prepare for the World Cup finals and has named an experienced squad.
The squad in full -
Goalkeepers - Mladen Dabanovic, Dejan Nemec and Marko Simeunovic.
Defenders - Marinko Galic, Aleksander Knavs, Zeljko Milinovic and Goran Sankovic.
Midfielders - Milenko Acimovic, Ales Cek, Nastja Ceh, Sasa Gajser, Amir Karic, Djoni Novak, Miran Pavlin, Zoran Pavlovic, Rajko Tavcar and Zlatko Zahovic.
Strikers - Ermin Rakovic, Mladen Rudonja and Senad Tiganj.
