Rui Costa joins Portuguese absentees

Portugal have seen Rui Costa drop out of their squad to play Finland in Oporto on Wednesday night.

Real Madrid star Luis Figo pulled out yesterday ahead of the friendly and defenders Rui Jorge and Abel Xavier have added to the absentees by reporting injuries which have prevented them from travelling.

AC Milan star Rui Costa limped away from their Serie A game with Piacenza with a thigh strain.
