Cannavaro considers Juventus move

First Published: Mar 26, 2002

Parma AC defender Fabio Cannavaro says he may move to Juventus.

The Italian international - in action for the national team tomorrow night at Leeds in a friendly against England - has been a long term target for Juve for the past four years and could be sold in the summer.

"I would have no problems moving to Juventus," Cannavaro told 'La Gazzetta dello Sport'.

"I have lots of friends there - Buffon, Ciro Ferrara. Juventus is Juventus. It's the club that has won the most trophies in Italy - who would not want to wear the black and white jersey."

"I have signed nothing and decided nothing," he concluded.
