Two goals from Josh Wolff helped the US demolish Jamaica in East Ruetherford but he was then involved in an injury score along with top scorer Clint Mathis.

Goalkeeper Kasey Keller was also substituted in the 51st minute after a collision with striker Deon Burton to be replaced by veteran Tony Meola.

Defender Greg Vanney was also taken off with knee problems in the 49th minute.

But US coach Bruce Arena played down fitness fears over top scorer Mathis even after confirming the striker had broken a bone in the big toe of his right foot.

Mathis and the others will have fitness tests today. P>"We don't think there's anything severe," said Arena after the game.

Wolff has seen his MLS season interrupted by injury as well but eased some early problems for the US by scoring in the 32nd minute to give them the lead in New Jersey.

Joe-Max Moore crossed for Wolff to head in past Jamaican goalkeeper Aaron Lawrence with Mathis adding a second in the 47th minute when he chipped over the hapless custodian.

Wolff hit a low drive on target on the hour but limped out of the game two minutes later as Jamaica all but collapsed.

Landon Donovan hit the fourth goal six minutes from time with a skidding shot at an acute angle and DeMarcus Beasley scored from close range to end the game.
