Miyamoto injury blow for Japan

Japan defender Tsuneyasu Miyamoto may miss the opening game of the World Cup finals for the co-hosts after breaking his nose yesterday.

The Japanese face Belgium on June 4th but Miyamoto broke his nose in a training game yesterday and the Japan staff will decide on Sunday if he is fit to play in the first game with a broken nose in two places.
