I do have to admit that Europe doesn't deserve to lose any spots.15 teams were in the tournament this year.9 in the round of 16,4 in the round of8, 2 in the semis,and one in the championship game. I do have to admit that UEFA got screwed in 1998 when they dropped from 13 of 24 teams in 1994 to 15 out 32 teams in 1998.That seems unfair to me given that 7 of the 8 teams in the qtrs in 94 where UEFA team.I just don't think that Europe will gain a spot and a half to get to 15+the host spot.They very well might gain a half slot maybe a full spot if they're very lucky.
