UEFA does have something. For the season 1999/2000 was used period between 1993/94 and 1997/98, and you can find it here. Some kind of info on this year's berths you can find also here, but not all, i.e. only table that is a consequence of coefficients, but not coefficients themselves. The very coefficients for the period between 1994/95 and 1998/99 you can find here. As for the coefficients for the period between 1995/96 and 1999/2000, go here.
