... or why do you think the South American Confederation did not allow Brazil to mandate their games out of Rio and Sao Paulo in these qualifiers? Not by lack of good venues: Manaus, Fortaleza, Salvador, Goiania,Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Recife to name just a few places capable of hosting the highest level of international games. They want to have Brazil feeling the pressure of their demanding fans when playing at home...
