Gore could've done a lot to promote soccer in the US, but instead we got that baseball clown Bush. Looks like the US soccer team will suck in 2002 and 2006 with Bush budget cuts and all. Although we stunk in 1990, 1994 (we were lucky) and 1998 so I guess it doesn't make any difference.
